Bill was born January 26, 1936, in Railroad, PA. I graduated from Susquehannock High School was Jr. Class president. He joined USNR 1953, upon graduation fromHigh school joined Regular Navy. He married his wife Jean in December 1954 and they are the parents of 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

He retired from the meat Industry, October 2006, after 50 plus years in the business, as meat cutter, Meat Mgr., Meat Buyer & Meat Specialist for Food Service Company.

Bill was active in Midget Sports Program, coaching football for 8 years with the Hempfield Youth Association.

Raised to Master Mason at Columbia Lodge 286, in December 1966. Bill joined Tall Cedars in 1972. In the same year, he became a member of Lancaster Lodge of Perfection, Council Chapter and Consistory Scottish Rite, of Reading PA, Rajah Shrine, Reading PA. He is a member of Square Club of York, Past GTC of Lancaster Forest # 27, a Life member of Tall Cedars and the Tall Cedar Foundation. He has served on various committees in Lancaster Forest, ranging form Cedar Knot Publication, Beef Dinner Chairman, Activities and Entertainment Chairman, and Captain of the Color Guard. He is also a member of the OPO of District 11, currently serving as treasurer. His duties in the Supreme Forest have been, Deputy Supreme Provost Marshal, Duty Supreme Chief Ranger, and Supreme Chief Ranger. Member of the Retention Committee, Gun Raffle Committee, Aide to the Supreme Tall Cedar for three years, and has sat in the board meetings for the past three years. He was a member of the team that instituted Cross Timbers Lodge # 204, and also Tamiami Forest
# 205.

He has been a member of St. Paul’s UM Church, Mountville PA, for 47 years and has served on Council, Choir, and has been a Sunday School Teacher.

Jean and Bill currently reside in Landisville, PA.
